The PA plate is a generic term for polyamide-based plastics, which have an amide group in structure and have similar properties.

The characteristics of the PA board are: a type of toughness, keratin, from yellowish transparent to opaque material. The general nylon is a crystalline plastic, and there is also an amorphous transparent nylon.

Combustion characteristics: slow burning, can continue to burn or slow out after fire, the upper end of the flame is golden yellow, the lower end is blue, the material melts and drops when burning, foaming and emits the smell of burnt feathers or nails.

PA board specifications:

1. The thickness of the sheet can be produced from 0.5mm to 2.0mm. The conventional width is 500mm to 1000mm. The width of the coil can not exceed 1200mm and the length is not limited.

    2, the bar diameter can be produced from 1mm to 250mm, the regular length is 1000mm, the custom length is not limited. The MC nylon rod has a conventional length of 500 mm.

3, the thickness of the plate can be produced from 2mm to 180mm, the common specification of 2-10mm is 1000mm*1000mm, the common specification of 10-180mm is 600*1000mm. It can also be customized according to requirements, the width can not exceed 1200mm, the length is not limited.
